Karen was amazing! We needed to find a local Milwaukee realtor that could help us in looking for a place when we lived on the west coast. We found her via a google search, and she immediately met with us on Zoom to get to know us and understand what our needs were. After finding a few options, Karen was very accommodating, and able to arrange for viewings on our tight visitation timeline. She also was able to help us understand the culture, building and neighborhood vibe of the places that we were considering so that we could find a good fit. While we were visiting properties, she was patient, and took the time needed to acquaint us with the various features of the unit and building. She was also very helpful in managing inspections and local closing needs, since we were long-distance buyers. We're extremely happy with our new home, and feel like we lucked out in getting Karen as our guide.

Karen is easy to work with, and was highly perceptive to our needs and preferences as home buyers. She found us the perfect home in an area we hadn't previously looked at. We are so glad that Karen was such a good listener, and pointed us in the direction of our perfect bungalow.

Karen is the best! She did an excellent job preparing our house for sale--going above and beyond to help us sell our house in a difficult market! We really appreciated how she handled the last-minute work that need to be done to get the house market-ready, especially since we had already moved out of town and couldn't be there to manage things in person.
