From start to finish, Karen was at every step, milestone, hurdle, setback, and triumph. When decisions needed to be made, her experience, wisdom, and patience gave us the tools we required to make the best choice for us. Her advice was invaluable and essential for us to be able to negotiate intelligently, and make ourselves attractive buyers in a market where homes aren't staying active for more than a few days. She kept a cool head and helped us through the stumbles along the road, easing our fears and keeping us from stressing ourselves out. Professional, keen, fast to act, resourceful, tactical, tactful, and hilarious (especially when much-needed levity was appropriate). I can't give her enough praise. We just got the keys to our forever home. If I had to do everything all over again, I'd absolutely choose Karen as our realtor again.

I can't say enough good things about Karen! She helped us buy and sell our house, which was great. But then we had a unique situation with selling my mom's house, and she was so patient and helpful.

Karen's patience, kindness, and hard work are unmatched. As an ND and queer person, I couldn't have asked for a better person and advocate to work with. Karen talked us through every step, made sure we were aware of what was coming next, and her communication style really meshed with us. 10/10 recommend for anyone selling or purchasing. Honestly, I can't recommend her enough.
